Australia's top competition for teenagers has matured with a lot of help from leaders, Rovers, sponsors and Branch.
The concept of a 'Hoadley Hide' similar to what occurs in Victoria every Easter, has germinated and grown to such a successful platform that even the National Commisioner for Scouts, John Ravenhall has congratulated the organisers and participants of the Dragon Skin.
